I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005, and Designated Broker / Owner of Equity Solutions Realty since 2010. I promise you can work with a Realtor who is fun, sarcastic, goofy and who treats you like a friend- but who also has the local expertise, negotiation skills and professionalism of a seasoned Realtor.
Through the scary times of short sales, I was hired by a local law firm for 6 years to list and negotiate all short sales for their distressed clients. I gained a ton of knowledge on the art of negotiations, and also how to help sellers and buyers through some of the scariest and most stressful times of their lives.
On a more personal note, I am married to my high school sweetheart and a mother to three beautiful kids. I love running, hiking, power lifting and pretty much anything else active! We are a family of avid campers and love to get outdoors.
Real Estate affords me the opportunity to be a great mother while also having the flexibly with my family to be a great Realtor! I love my job and I love my clients so much- they become like family to me.
